LOST or DAMAGED PARCELS
For parcels where shipping was upgraded to include tracking and insurance, any lost or damaged parcels can be claimed through their corresponding shipping provider. All upgraded shipping options include tracking and insurance (except for small parcel to the USA which is just tracked, but no insurance). For insurance please select Tracked Package to the USA.
For parcels that are shipped with NO tracking & insurance ( Regular Mail), we are not responsible for any lost or damaged parcels with no tracking & insurance.Unfortunately for hygenic reasons, we do not accept returns.
