Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days. Shipping time = Processing time + Shipping time Shipping in CANADA: Shipping in Canada is free via Canada letter mail. This does not include tracking or insurance. Please upgrade your shipping if you would like tracking or insurance. Average time to ship within Canada is 3 to10 business days. No items are shipped on a weekend. Shipping in USA: Shipping is free for orders over $100. Your shipment will be priced at check out based on your location in the USA. Orders are shipped via Chitchats and USPS. Tracking is always included to the USA. Insurance is an optional extra. Average time to ship within USA is 10 to 15 business days.

All my shipments are carefully packed. Thankfully nothing has gone missing or been damaged yet, but of course this can happen! Items shipped with tracking and insurance can be claimed from the carrier if lost or damaged. Items shipped without tracking or insurance will not be refunded if they are damaged or go missing. Please be very careful to review the shipping option you have selected at check out. Standard free shipping in Canada does not include tracking or insurance, so please upgrade should you wish to ensure your shipment. Whatever happens please let me know if your item does not arrive or is damaged.
